Returns and Exchanges
- We want you to be delighted with your purchase every single time. But we understand that sometimes people need to touch and try on a garment before they know if it’s right for them.
If you wish to return/exchange your KARIGAR product, then please do so within 15 days of receiving it. Returns have to be new, undamaged, unworn and unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging and with the tag.
- At KARIGAR we say, “all our products have just the right amount of human imperfection”. As your product is completely handmade, it might have slight irregularities (a thread out of place or slight irregularities in the pattern) which also makes your product special. By embracing your product for its handmade characteristics, you are accepting this unique signature of its makers and giving our artisans a chance to showcase their traditional handcrafting skills.
- If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us at email@example.com and let us know how can we help you further. It is important to let us know why you would like to get a product exchanged or returned within 15 days of you receiving the product.
- We can only return/exchange items that are new, unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, unused and undamaged). We would prefer it to be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also let you know if your refund was approved or not, with a reason for doing so.
- Approved refunds/exchanges will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (after deducting the shipping cost) within a certain amount of days. In case of an exchange, shipping costs may apply.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds/exchanges (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company/ Paypal customer service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In case you have not received your exchange, please write us to email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items may not be refunded/exchanged.
- If you have received an item from KARIGAR as a gift you can exchange it for another item of the same value. For international orders you must pay taxes and import duties.
- At this stage we cannot cover your shipping costs, and we appreciate your understanding. You will have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
