Shipping & Delivery

Instead of our standard 3-4 weeks, we are now taking 5 weeks to ship your order.
Our production units are in the remote Himalayan mountains, a region that was hit by heavy rainfall in August leading to closed roads and other delays. Thankfully, the weather has normalised and we hope to be back to our original production timeline by end December. 

Each piece is made to order and handcrafted in small batches

For orders over €189, we offer Free Shipping worldwide
The Netherlands and India: Free shipping
EU: €10
Outside EU: €15

Delivery Time

We will send you a shipping notification once your order is dispatched. These are the delivery times you can expect once you receive a notification:
The Netherlands and India: 1-2 business days
EU: 2-5 business days
Outside EU: 5+ business days

Track Your Shipment

Once your shipment has been sent,  you can track it through our Shipping Tracker using your order number and email address.

For different countries, we work with different third party carriers like PostNL, PostNL international, DHL Express and DPD. Customs duties and delays vary per country. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

For lost or delayed packages sent by third party carriers, we will reach out to you for additional information or help.

Our packages to the US are sent using DHL Express, which does not require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not going to be available at the delivery address, you can either schedule a delivery time via this link: or contact your local DHL Express to arrange a suitable delivery time. 

Kindly give us 15 days to resolve any issues related to third party carriers like PostNL, PostNL international, DHL Express and DPD.
